Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Items showing signs of wear
Products damaged due to use
Customized or altered garments
Final sale items (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:

Provide order number, product details, and reason for return
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Pick-Up & Inspection
Our courier partner will arrange a pick-up from your address.
Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund Method
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as:
Original mode of payment, or
Store credit (depending on your preference)
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after inspection approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability of size or variant.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong garment
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may follow return procedures after delivery.
